The newest kid on the block, Legacy Lace joined the Brown Sheep line up in 2010.  Spun from superwash and nylon, this yarn brings a whole new dimension to lace weight yarn.  The little bit of nylon gives a durability to the fine yarn that would not normally be found in such light weight yarn.  Legacy is made available in both balls of 430 yards and shawl hanks of 1500 yards.  Because this lace yarn was so warmly embraced last year the original line-up of seven colors has been joined with four new solid colors and two richly hand painted colors.
